Default 2006 F-150 Stx riding really rough

First time poster on here so I apologize if I am posting this on the wrong forum. So acouple months ago I bought a 2006 F-150 STX with 138000 miles, it has a 6 inch lift in the front and 4 inch blocks in the back. When I got it the ball joints(upper and lower) and the sway bar links were bad so I got those replaced. I was hoping those would help make the ride better (drives great on the highway just any bump no matter how big I can feel) but it didn’t really help much. I can’t even go over 10 mph on a semi rough dirt road without constantly bouncing out of my seat. My mechanic says the shocks are fine and my only solution would be to lower it. I don’t really want to lower it to stock so I was just wondering if you guys have an solutions to the problem? Also my tires are 315/70/17 at 35 psi. Thanks! Duct tape around upper ball joints is to help protect the dust boots (original were pretty ripped up)
