Default 2003 fx4 lifted 2.5 broken sway bar link

Any idea why my sway bar links would have been under such strain with a 2.5 Rough country suspension lift?

Factory end links on these trucks are a very common thing. I've replaced mine cheap and easy to do.

Not sure of the cause but I believe it's pretty common or at least in my experience it has been. My 02' I broke 3 links over the time I owned it, I know my old man has broke a couple on his 03' and my mothers 03' explorer broke at least one while she had it. All three were stock ride heights, mine didn't see much abuse, the old mans probably hasn't seen any and my mother is horrible for hitting pot holes. With my newer leveled 06' I haven't had any issues with the links but it's a different link setup. Do they ever lean without them though!!!

Without a lift on my truck I've gone through them too, but the set of 2 is like 20-40 bucks at napa and it's the only suspension piece that has broke on me and I'm pretty hard on the truck.
