Default 1st lifted truck I ever owned review

2009 F150 Larient 5.4, 4x4. 3.73 gears
My set up- 6 inch rough country lift with lifted spindles sitting on brand new 35’s autturos trail blades, 20 inch fuel Mavericks with -44 offset. Had to do a little trimming on bottom of that plastic piece on bumper.
I love the aggressive look of my truck. Looks like a brand new truck to me. The ride quality didn’t change much other than it’s a little more bumpy. What I didn’t account for is that new humming sound you get from the tires. At first I didn’t like the sound, but now used to it. Overall having a lifted truck now I would never want to go back. It’s freaking awesome. More mods to come, maybe next year when the dust settles and I’m back off wifeys radar!

Great looking truck!!

A cheaper add-on I might recommend is the rear wheel well liners. Makes the truck look more finished.

Thanks guys! Will look into those wheel well liners. Plasti dipped the emblems today (cheap mode as I’m spent for a Lil bit) looks good! Happy with it. The mods are endless with these trucks!

So I will be owning my first ProComp 6" lifted truck as well, 2018 Lariat, V8, Crewcab, 6 1/2 ft bed, special edition, sport package, ordered thru Sanderson Ford Phoenix so my questions is; What issues/problem has anyone run into with this lift? I ask because I live 4 hours from the dealership that ordered the truck and will be installing the lift and only they can fix any issue with the lift as it is warrantied by that dealership only for the install! I'd like to know what I am getting into!! Oh and by the way, this is my 1st truck as well as I am coming over from the sports car realm (38 years of Camaros with the last a 2017 ZL1)
