Default 1999 F150 Lift

I have a 1999 F150 and it is 2wd an I hate the way it sits. I went up to a 285/75/16 tire which is as big as i can go and it helped some just not enough. My question to yall is how much lift would I need to get up to the stock height of a 4wd of the same year model and what size tires do yall think i would be able to fit?

have you considered a leveling kit. 285's is above what stock 4x4's come with so your already ahead there.

Yeah i actually got a price on leveling it today. Now I got to figure out wheels or exhaust nest. I just have no idea what kind of offsets i can run for wheels.
