How can you tell what size of a suspension lift is on a vehicle...

Of course you need to know what the ride height was stock.

Yeah unless you use a tape measure, it is hard to tell, but I usually just tell by eyeballing it. I know my 2009 F150 4x4 comes stock with a 40” rear height and a 37 1/2" front height measured from the ground up to the highest point in the wheel well. When I level mine in the front 2 1/2" and throw on my 6" lift, I will sit around 46" in the front and back.
