Been lurking on the forums for a couple months, soaking up info for what to look for and modify. Figured I should sign up finally and enter my truck in the ring now that my mods are slowing down. At least until my canopy arrives
To start with, the truck is a 2019 Lariat 502a with the 5.0 and max tow package. The most notable mod I have done is the front bumper and winch mount I have made, it houses the stock LED foglights as well as a 20" lightbar. It hides a 8500lb winch with in cab and wireless controls. The winch crossmember also allowed me to easily add a front skidplate, which is complimented with a transmission/cat theft deterrent skidplate I made. All other mods so far have just been bolt-ons, 2" level, Raptor beadlocks and tires, superduty tremor running boards, Airlift 2000 airbags, Bilstein 5160 rear shocks, and a decked drawer system. The interior mods have really only been audio, a hertz 760W 4 channel and a mono 1100W amp running a 12" JL TW3 under the seat. I have also wrapped the interior door handles that get scratched much too easily.
Yes, I had to get the blue lids for the decked boxes
Putting the decked system and airbags to work! Thats 1000lb of new toolboxes sitting up there.
I picked up a powder coating system, finally found a color close to velocity blue and did up a yeti knock off cup to match.
I know there's plenty of nicer rigs here, but might as well get it started. Mostly dirty pics and a few cleaned up.
SilverBullet is a 2020 XLT 4x4 FX4 with 2.7L and 3.55 locking rear diff.
Mods in order were Husky mud flaps, Gorilla steel lug nuts, Weather Tech tailgate cover, DeeZee bed liner, Snugtop topper, Kicker front and rear door speakers, Kenwood 10" sub, Rockford Fosgate 5-channel amp, RCI steel transmission skid plate, and Cooper Rugged Trek 275/70/18 tires. Installed all of these myself except the topper and tires.
Next upgrade will be new coil over struts with 1.5" lift and matching rear shocks, probably Bilsteins but not in a hurry or completely decided just yet.
That one time when it was still pretty new, it got a modelling gig for SofTopper.
It also enjoys dragging lodgepole pines that I cut down.
