Default Nominations for May 2017 Truck of the Month

We will have a theme this month. WORK TRUCKS! That's right. We want to see either your work truck (company trucks are fine as long as they're personally owned by you) or your truck doing truck stuff. No glamour shots here! We want to see them doing what they're meant to do. Mud? Absolutely. Trailers? Yep. Ladder racks? Why not. Hauling loads? Definitely.

Nominate away!

Guess I'll throw my hat in the ring, certainly don't expect to win but hey why not, I use my truck like a truck.

The 1st thing any truck owner should think about is a bed liner if you plan to work it, many flavors to choose from, I picked a BedTred Pro....

My first level view during a backyard project,....

How I leveled it,.... 750lbs of concrete and lumber

Y'all have a honey do list? Don't we all. Wife decided to enlist me in her landscaping project naturally, I forget how many hundreds of pounds of marble chips that was, my back remembers tho.

1 complete bedroom suite with a 2nd queen size bed for the guest room.

Another mod every truck owner needs whether they know it or not is some bull ring pocket cleats, they sure came in handy on that furniture haul.

Oh and to help carry those loads, some Monroe air shocks, just added them this past weekend.

Now lets see some trucks with battle scars and good luck everyone.
.

Absolutely, even if you don't plan to run the hell out of it, the next owner might and chances are you will put SOMETHING in the bed at some point in the truck's life.

Haha! Mine has a drop in and I might take it out an roll my own in. It's not perfect under it (from what I can see) but I just hate the plastic drop in's.

1.updated to OEM projectors but with upgraded internals
2.covered wood grain interior with carbon fiber vinyl
3.SCT X4 tuner with 5*tunes, later switched to MPT tunes
4.method NV's and nitto g2's 285/70-17s
5.stainless works long tubes and many trials later ended up with a magnaflow and corsa muffler in it.
6.Icon stage 5 coil overs and UCA's
7.35x12.5 Toyo RT's
8.4.10 gears front and rear
9.Method Bronze Roost wheels
10.KcHilites LEDs "for sale"
11.Amp Research running boards
12.RPG 2.5 inch pneumatic bump stops
13. switched to 315/70-17 BFG KO2's

here are some pictures through out the life of the truck
Heres a shot under mine with a magnaflow and corsa muffler. No drone and its not too loud but had a nice tone to it that still sounds like the video above

Pride of Louisiana, my 1994 F-150 XL 5.0 liter with 4R70W automatic trans. Yes, that's TWO pallets of sod loaded! One thing I can count on is my Ford truck as long as I show it love! Adjusted door latch
Repaired tailgate to open/close
Replaced windshield wipers
Replaced spark plugs
Replaced air filter
Sanded/painted mirror assemblies
Repaired windshield cracks
Cleaned fuel system
Replaced fuel filter
Replaced license plate bulbs and housings
