Yet another "will it fit"? for 2017 FX4 Lariat
 

I've narrowed things down to where I think it's ok to come here to ask this.

The truck: 2017 SCREW, 157" WB, FX4, Stock 20" PVD Wheels with stock Goodyear tires.

Proposed Changes (suspension): Bilstein 5100, all four corners, set to either 1.76" or 1.26" (not sure which, if tires need 1.76" then it'll be figured out for me).

Proposed Changes (Tires): Nitto Terra Grappler G2 275/65 R20 SL Rated (diameter=34.09", width=11").

Rims: Will use stock 20" PVD wheels (stock +44 offset)

Potential Aggravating Factors: I have wheel well liners and WeatherTech mud flaps. Willing to remove/trim mud flaps if needed but would prefer not to. Same for trimming wheel well liners.

If the Nitto Terra Grappler G2 above will not work, my other considerations are (in no order):

1) Nitto Terra Grappler G2 275/60 R20 XL Rating (33" x 11")

2) Nitto Ridge Grappler 275/60 R20 XL Rating (33"x11")

I'm curious which, between the two alternatives of my top choice, you would recommend (if it comes to that).

Well, there it is, think that's probably plenty of detail to run with.

If it'll help you visualize it, the stock 275/55/20 tires are roughly 31.75" tall. Picture the clearance you have with those, then going up roughly 2.5" in tire height(which equates to 1.25" around the perimeter), but only raising your truck 1.25-1.75". You'll have some cutting to do, and you'll still rub at lock, and likely partially turned over bumps. Even with 33's, you'll be trimming .
If you don't wanna go at least 2", I'd personally recommend staying under 33" tires. Matter of fact, I'd only go up in tire size equal to the amount you lift your truck. I've always gone by that rule and have avoided rubbing/problems that way
I lifted my truck 4.5"(3" more than what you wanna do)) and put 34.25" tires on, and this is what it looks like:

Keep in mind too, that this pic is of the truck fresh off the lift. It sagged out another inch

275/65R20 fits stock wheels at stock height, so I'm pretty sure your plan is perfectly fine.

I had 275/65/20 tires on my 2015 F150 screw, stock wheels, 1 1/2 front level with weather tec mud flaps; slight rub on flaps only.
