Default Wheels and tires for a 6 Inch lift

I am planning on doing a 6 inch BDS Lift on my '10 F150. I need some help with wheels. I am spending most on the lift obviously but I would like 37 inch tires and no real rim size preference. I am not really a fan of anything under 17 for the rim. I would be ok with 35 inch tires if it really is that much cheaper but any suggestions or what have you guys used?

I use to have a 6 inch lift on my 2012 Ford F150 and I ran 22x12 -44 offset rims on 35x2.50R20 Atturo Blade M/Ts and I barely rubbed in reverse but I also trimmed a little.

1. You can not fit a 16” wheel on your truck.. brake calipers will not allow it.

2. If you try to fit 37” tires on your 6” lift they will rub big time and need to trim and cut. You will also need to re-gear front and rear diff’s to turn those meats.

I would suggest you stick to 35” tires on a 17/18/20 or 22” wheel with proper back spacing for the BDS lift spindles. Normally they require 4.5 to 5.5 BS.
