Take a level and put it vertically with the top part on your flare, get a tape measure and then have it out about 4" and lock it in place. Now get the level levelled and measure from your tire how much of a gap you have and decide from there how much you want that tire out. More is not always better though, depending on what offset the rims are you might run into rubbing issues up front

You did good by going with Bora. Of coarse it takes about five weeks to get them, so be patient. I have the 1 1/2" on my truck and love the look. I used Permatex medium strength threadlocke Blue on the them and used a torque wrench set at 150# on the lugs. If you do this yourself, you can use a long pry bar to go across the studs to keep the wheel from turning while you torque the nuts down. It's not hard at all.
