Toyo Open Country AT2 .
Not loud on dry pavement, but amazing traction in rain or snow and even ice.
I live in the mountainous province of B.C. Canada, and frequently in the snow drive around spun out 4x4 pickups in my rear wheel drive only truck because of there great tires. I pull my boat out of any boat launch I want to, and do full posted hwy speeds in a heavy rain storm in summer.
My personal pickup as well as my company pickups run these tires, and now most of my employees are running them on their own pickup.

Absolutely love my Cooper AT3 tires. Great on snow, ice , and rain. Not noisy running down the highway either.
