Default TPMS Sensor and New Wheels /Tires

I am purchasing new wheels and new tires for the summer. I am upgrading to 275/65r20's from 275/60r20's. I am leaving the old tires on the old wheels for winter use, and am leaving the original tpms sensors in them. I have purchased new tpms sensors for the new wheels. The only catch is I am ordering the tires through Costco, and because 275/65r20 tires are not the specified ones for a 2010 f150 platinum, Costco won't install them on my vehicle. They will however still mount the new separate rims I bring in on the new tires, leaving me to attach them on my truck at home. Since I will not be bringing the truck in to the Costco shop where they are doing the mounting and the tpms sensors are brand new, how can I connect them to my vehicle? I do not know how this works at all and can't find a clear explanation anywhere. How do I connect them to my vehicles system and is it possible to do so after they are already inside the wheel (without taking the newly mounted tire off obviously), or is there a way I can connect them to my trucks system before the mounting?

Your manual tells you exactly how to do this, assuming you buy the correct TPMS sensors.
