Default Tire sensors on aftermarket rims

Hey everyone, I found a set of Eagle Alloy 079s for sale in my town for $500 obo. They are 18 inch and are black and i think brushed aluminum. Im really really thinking bout getting them but does anyone know if those will be compatible with tire sensors. I have a 2012 so it has them but I just dont know how tire sensors work like if they attach to the rims or the stem. Anyone know anything about this?

The sensors screw onto the valve stem you'll be fine just need to get 4 new valve stems the specialty ones for tpms mounting
