Default Rimsecurities

I have a 2007 F-150 2WD XLT 5.4. Stock rims and tires. Looking to upgrade my rims, and my concern is I dont want to buy something that wont work, or will lead me to spend a whole lot more money. Current sizes are: Rims, 17x7.5 w/ a +44 offset, and 255/65r17 Michelins. What I am considering for a beefier look, is a set of 17x8 w/ a +25 offset, and a 265/70r17 Cooper Discoverer AT3 tire. Will this work with no other mods?
