I've also considered bilstein 6112 coilovers in front, which claim a max of 2.75" max height on 1 website and a little over 2.5" based on @jlundy 's build thread.

Going for this look https://www.customwheeloffset.com/wh...m-leveling-kit
I would anticipate a 20x10 -19 and a 35x11.5 20 being about 0.75 to far into the crash bar front and rear and cutting plastic.

Would pushing the crash bars using a portapower work to get the clearance for the crash bars? What plastic trimming are you referring to?

I'm not sure the crash bars will bend that much........And the plastic trimming is corners of FWD & AFT wheel wells where tires pass them.

Just got 285/65/20 Ridge Grapplers. 34.5” and absolutely love em. Old tires were KO2’s 275/60/20 and I’m thinking these ride better and they are 10 ply. Go figure.

This is the tire I’m hoping to fit on mine with a +1 Offset. I want a true 35x12.5 for the stance but I think it’ll be too wide even though BDS says it’ll work.
Think I was looking at trail instead of ridge which almost 35.5”. Mine are +12 with the 35x11.50 and I have close to 1” clearance with wheel turned in any direction.

What tire pressure are you guys running your grapplers at? I'm running my 285/70/18's at 36 cold but heat up to around 40-42 and my ride is pretty smooth for 10 ply's.
