Stock Ford offset is +44, the lowest offset ive seen aftermarket is +30

Positive with higher numbers means less offset (more Flush)
Negative with higher numbers means more offset (sticks farther outside the fender).

If you want sidewall flush with the top of the fender stick with stock rims and just do 295 wide or 11.5 mud tires.

295's on stock will not get the tires flush with the fender on the 2015+ body, they sit much more tucked in compared to the older body. you need wheels or spacers to push the tires out 1" - 1.25", this would equate to an aftermarket wheel with +20 to +12 offset. (the less + the offset the more the wheel is pushed out, a negative would sit well outside the fenders).

i did 295/60/20 ridge grapplers and 1.25" spacers and basically perfectly flush with the top of the fender.

What about a 2014 Platinum body (with a 2.25 or 2.5" level). I'm eyeballing 35x11.50R20, which is 11.42" wide (295's are 11.77"). I've been looking at rims around 20+ (20x9) and hoping to keep them relatively flush (a few mm isn't a big deal, but don't want more than 1/2 and inch if possible).

Looking at going with the 35x11.50s instead of the 275/65 r20 Trail grapplers. Do you think I can clear them on stock rims with the bilstein 5100s maxed out?

275x65r20 is 34.2" by 11" in a trail grappler
35x11.5r20 is 34.76" x 11.43" in a trail grappler

With bilstein 5100 set at 2.1" you should clear easily with roughly 1" of clearance at your tightest point to the crash bars.

I am Running 275x65r20's and i have roughly 1.5" clearance at my tightest point with only 1" effective lift (2" daystar leveling kit).

This truck has 295x60r20 Toyo MT, the tire looks basically flush.

If you go to a plus 18mm you'll stick out 26mm (1.02") more than that picture above.

E load rated tires are more than I need for my 2015 F150 so i hate to go to a F rated tire. I wanted to switch to something that with a better ride and quieter. The Ridge Grappler looked perfect until I saw they only make a F rated tire in the size I need.
I have the same concern. I wanted to do the 35 12.5 r20 when I put my 6" lift but don't want/need the F rating. My concerns are rougher ride and more weigh possibly making mpg even worse.

For you guys that are already running the Ridge Grapplers - how do you rate their handling on wet pavement and in the mud? I'm trying to decide between them and Cooper ST Maxx.

I need to correct the info in my previous posts (92 and 97). When in reverse and at a certain turn angle, the front tires rub the bottom of the fender flare trim.

35x11.5r20 nitto rub spot on 2011 platinum.

With this pic, it makes a little more sense on why I only heard the rubbing when in reverse. Like I mentioned in previous posts, the tires only rub when at a certain turn angle.

I cut about a quarter inch off the end of the trim. That seemed to do the trick.

Run a 17" or 18" setup

20" setups will ride rough due to the small sidewall......I hate that the latest craze from all these manufacturers are to sell trucks with 20s
