Default Nitto EXO Grappler

Has anyone installed EXO Grapplers on their truck yet? I ordered 285/65/20 EXO Grapplers and am curious about ride quality. They are snow rated and have a bead guard. The bead guard was a must for me on my stock chrome lariat wheels. The BFG a/t would have been my choice if not for the big gap between rim and tire on chrome lariat rims. Hope I made the right choice.

I was just looking at these tonight. They look like a good tire. I would try them but I am on a budget and can't find 285/70/17 for under a grand. Where did you buy yours?

Default Exo

Bought at Pur performance St Charles Mo. It is a local 4x4 shop. paid 390.00 each. I was told the BFG loses much of its snow performance after about 30% tread wear. Also my Stock Lariat rims would look bad without a bead guard type tire. Will get new wheel when budget allows. Tires have not come in yet.

Default EXOs on !

285/65/20s, Installed this morning. We have wet roads but my first impressions are good. Had the factory Pirellis prior to these and can safely say these are much more confidence inspiring on wet roads. Not as noisy as a M/T. I will review again on dry roads and in snow. So far so good !

Default Weight

These tires weigh in at about 65 lbs each. Not to heavy and did not effect power in a big way. 3.5 eco boost. Very smooth, better than Pirellis. Also with the Fox 2.0 setup I am very pleased. Ride quality is better than stock. I had 2.5 inch spring spacers that caused rubbing with uca. No rubbing anywhere now.
