New rims and tires don't fit. what do I do

I have a2007 f 150 xlt 2x4 with the 2.5 inches leveling kit with rancho quick lift shocks I purchasd new rims and tires. 305/50/22 nitto Terra grappler with 22x9.5 25mm offset liquid metal Rims. They are awesome. But they were being installed and was told they don't fit. And my only options are too pick different rims that have a 0 to -12mm offset to be able to fit the tires on the truck. Or to buy, 1.5 inch bolt on spacers. . Can anyone please give me any advice on wha to do and if the spacers are a bad idea or not.and I want to stick with these tires and the aggressive truck tire look though

Get the wheel spacers, cheapest option.

Lowering the offset brings the wheels in more...????

Just the opposite, oem wheels are +44.

Assuming you bought the wheels from the shop that's installing them, I'd think that they would refund them to get you the right spec' wheels?

Going to a negative offset wheel will push the tire out further not pull it in.

But to the OP's dilemma, either go with the spacers or get more lift!

spAcers? what size, hub centric or lug centric

They told me that 1.5 inch spacers will work to push the tire out far enough to fit these tires. But they are not 100 % should I go with the, 1.5 or 2 inch spacers and should they be hub centric or lug centric.

I'm thinking they won't refund the Pryce of the Rims of I dont get the replacements from them. And they have only shown me one other tire that will work for sure. Xd series wheels

You will want to get hubcentric spacers.

Yes thats right...I'm wrong...I got it backwards.
Lowering the offset pushes the wheels out further...sorry.
