How would I reset it?

Disconnect the negative battery terminal and drain the system of any residual electrons. (step on the brake, etc)

Yes installing larger tires will throw off your NAV due to the system using wheel speed to help pin point your location when the Sat signal is weak/lost. All you need to do is disconnect your Nag terminal from the battery for 15-20mins and then reconnect.

I installed larger tires when the truck only had 1200 miles on it and had this very issue. Disconnected the battery for 15-20mins and all has been flawless since then. 58K miles, new battery and new tires and it's still working flawlessly!
