Getting New Rims & Tires | Need Help

Ive got a 2014 Ecoboost FX4 with 3.73s. I like the look of Tis 535b 20x9 0 Offset with 35x12.50x20 but how will this setup run? Its got a 2.5 inch level and I don't know what to expect trimming wise and offset wise. Whats the best offset, whats the best rim dimensions for those tires and should I do the 1 1/4 inch spacer to try and get as little rub and trimming as possible?

Thanks if you can answer this.

This is basically the setup

Not entirely sure what you're looking for - but found this site in another thread that may help you. Put your factory wheel/tire specs on one side and then the wheel/tire specs for your desired setup on the other side. Won't tell you what will rub on body parts, but will give you suspension component clearance and tell you how much the setup will stick our past the fenders.

more help

Basically I just want to know if a Tis 535b 20x9 -12 offset will work well on a 35x12.50x20 Open Country. Then, with a 1 1/4 inch spacer about how far will the tire stick out past fender.

If you put the spacer on it will stick way to far out and rub for sure. The -12 offset wheel will be pushing it as it is.
