Looks like XD Spy wheels, not sure about that tires. Maybe Nitto Trail Grapplers.

Those are 20's those are 18's on my truck. Spy xd's. Personally I wouldn't buy a set of the spy xd's mine are under a year old and the finish is conning off them already. Not impressed. If you want I can show you pictures of the way it's coming off if you want. Just tryin to help out!

They like the nitto trail graps.. They are not super impressive IMO either.
