Default Best Cleaner for Fuel Octanes

All, I have Fuel Octanes on my truck, regrettably I have not really cleaned them properly in a year or so. I've tried a couple of wheel cleaners from Walmart but they aren't really helping and I don't want to ruin the finish by leaving them on so long. For those who do not know, they have a rougher finish, similar to bed liner but not quite as thick or rough, and an matte finish.

Any suggestions?

I don’t have those wheels but i do know Meguiars is what I’ve used for years . You might shoot an email or chat with a rep to see if they have a cleaner for your special wheels .
