Issue: Atturo Trail Blade vs Toyo vs Nitto Tire Reviews

While most tire brands today are owned by Goodyear or Cooper, there are still significant differences in tire quality you will get at each price point. Our members discuss advice on new tires for the F-150. In this discussion, find out:

  • Are the Atturo Trail Blade M/T tires a good low-cost choice?
  • How does their tread life stack up?
  • Is it worth to pay for Toyo or Nitto tires?
  • What is the traction like on these tires?
  • What are the tire dimensions to consider?

Some members say, “you get what you pay for” with the Atturo’s, and that Toyo’s are generally known known for their 50k+ mileage life with proper rotations. At the end of the day, you might only be saving ~$400 on the Atturo’s, for what is arguably a very important part of your truck.

Read on below to find out or contribute your own tips to this
discussion.

I'm ready to see it too. I'm going to take it over to All Out Offroad tomorrow and see if they know exactly what to do without a lift or new rims before I throw more money at the problem. But of course when it rains it pours right? My transmission is going out again. Hopefully it's still under the 10,000 mile 1-year warranty... Gotta deal with that tomorrow too.
I may call them then, cause shoot! The Allout is Rosenburg is doing my lift haha.

Hope your tranny is still covered. I had the one in my old Suburban go out like 1k miles outside warranty. And that's why that truck is gone and I have my 150 lol.

Okay so finally got it fixed yesterday. I ended up having to get 1.5" wheel spacers. Allout doesn't do wheel spacers and said they didn't think it was possible with new wheels even. But all is well now. Transmission shop couldn't find anything wrong so I'm basically driving it till it breaks.

That wheel is turned straight. (alignment is way out...)

How much trimming I had to do

No more room in the fender wheels

I've got one that shows how it looks from the front but it doesn't want to upload...

Thanks! I'm happy with how it turned out. I'll work on getting one posted tomorrow after work.

I'm glad you finally got everything situated and fitting. Having some regrets about getting 35s and wishing you had gotten 33s?

Looks great! We kinda derailed the thread again... Did you get new rims too or just new tires?

Haha. It just kinda happens sometimes. I thought the wheels looked pretty fresh and new but they could've been used and well maintained. Truck looks great bud!
