Default Anyone have geolandar G015 on oem wheels?

Going to need new tires soon. Looking at the Yokohama G015. I have had toyo AT2s in 275/65/20 and currently KO2s in 275/60/20. I really liked the k02s for about 20k miles but then they started giving up traction on wet roads and roar more than I like. The Toyos were much smoother and handled my boat better. They gave up wet road traction about 40k miles in.

I also liked the E rated Toyos better than the c rated BFGs and the bigger toyo looks better imo.

Anyway. I like trying something different. Saw the G015s and thought they looked good. I can't find any pics of them on stock platinum wheels in any size.

Post up and pics you might have of them please. Thanks Greg

Looks good. What do you think about them?

After looking at the sizes offered I am considering the 295/60/20.

Was wanting a 285/60 but it isn't offered.

I just got them this last week, so I don't have a lot of miles driven on them. So far I really like them and have no complaints.

I have Yokohama Geolandar G015 in LT285/55R20. I have been very happy with the performance in wet weather and road noise is minimal compared to BFG KO2. In fact, they are quieter than the stock Goodyear Wranglers. A couple of things to consider is that Yokohama sizing varies drastically from most manufacturers in the same size tire.

275/55R20 (Section Width/Tread Width/Height): 11.1" (most tires are 10.8")/8.9"/31.8"
LT275/65R20: 10.8"/8.6"(most tires 8.9")/34.3"(most tires are 33.9" or 34")
LT285/55R20: 11.5" (most are 11.2")/9.4"(most are 9.1")/32.6"(most are 32.3")

I picked the LT285/55R20 due to the wider than normal tread width and 0.3" inch height advantage of similar LT285/R20 tires. I looked at the LT275/60R20 but it is very narrow in tread width (about 3/4" more narrow than all other brands). Tire Rack provides the tread width measurement for all tires. Most tire manufacturers only provide the section width (widest point).

Are you seeing much of a difference with the heavier LT 285-s? This is the tire size I want it I keep my 20s. Just worried about adding 15lbs per tire.

I took about a 1 mpg hit on fuel economy (hand calculated). The E- rated tire is much stiffer than the OEM tires, but I find the ride acceptable at about 40-41 psi.
