My 2019 f150 came with 275/55/20 Hankooks. I'm looking at 275/65/20 Toyo's. I haven't decided if I want to level the truck yet. Will 275/65/20;s fit without a level kit or any trimming?

i want a little taller tire than what's on the truck currently.

I don't believe they will fit on a 2015+ without leveling. They will in some cases on 11-14's. I may also be getting some, but am on the fence if I wanna step up from 275/60R20's since they are almost 10 lbs heavier per tire.
