Default 275 on 20x10

I'm looking at new tires and I've decided on duratracs. I have Diamo 20x10 and was originally planning on 285/60/20s but am now thinking about 275/65/20. My main concern is wether or not a 275 will fit properly on a 10" wide wheel. According to discount tire a 275 is 10.83" which to me sounds like its cutting it a little too close.

My main reason for considering this size is that it's a little cheaper, I'm going to be moving up north to the snow, and hoping that a slightly narrower tire will not suck down as much gas. (I know it probably won't make that much of a difference.)

Suggestions and comments are greatly appreciated

I put BFG A/T KOs 275/65/20 on the stock rims and they're great. It required a leveling kit, but I think it changed the look entirely.

I'm sure they'll fit the truck fine I'm just wondering about the tires fitting the rims

Thanks for your response. I was looking into the duratrac but they don't make them in a 295/60-20 or 295/65-20. Would a 285 be too narrow?

That's what I'll be going with then. Probably going to make an appointment for next weekend.

Thanks again for your help
