Default 20x9 wheel with +18 offset tire size

About to beat a dead horse here but hoping someone has been there done that.

I bought some Mickey Thompson 20X9 +18 offset wheels I'm wanting to run the biggest tires I can at stock height. Anyone know if I can squeeze a 295/55/20 or 305/55/20? I'm not interested in a level at all, but don't mind trimming a little bit. Post up some pics if you're running this. Guess if i can't fit the 295 or 305 a 275/60/20 is my only other option. Going on a 2011 SCREW 4x4.

i don't have the same generation truck as you do but i'm running a +18 rim with a 305/55R20 MT tire and i do rub on my crash bars at full lock, even with a 2.5" leveling kit on.

i think you would probably end up rubbing on something but you can just trim it off cause you don't have crash bars on your truck.

I did a reckneck test today. I think the 295/55/20 will fit with some trimming but not many options available in that size. I think I’m going to go with a 275/60/20 DuraTrac.

Without a level or trim, I don’t think 305s will work.
Where did you buy these wheels from? You got the roush crntercaps and not the MTs? Or did you buy from roush?

285/55r20 will fit for sure. Some people have said stock rims can handle 275/65r20.

Damn I’m jealous, nice find! I can’t say I’ve ever come across a used set, I would’ve snagged them up too.
These are the aftermarket wheels I’m probably going to get if send when I do wheels and tires.
Can’t wait to see yours mounted!

Thanks! I got some 275/60/20 DuraTracs for them. Going to get them mounted up tomorrow and I will post up some pics.

Not the best picture but I’ll clean it up and get a better one tomorrow. Been too cold this past month to do anything. I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The ride is the same as stock. The DuraTracs have a slight hum to them, and I mean slight. My wife didn’t even notice it until I pointed it out. Mileage hit seems to be negligible so that’s also plus and one of the reasons I went with the DuraTracs only 3lbs heavier than stock.
