I really like the look of stock wheels. You may have pushed me into the market for some raptor take offs...

Default 2017 Raptor Wheels

The last post I saw asked if you had any tire rubbing issues when off roading. Any issues?

Zero issues offroading. No rubbing at full lock and full compression.

only rubbed once. I was going up a switch back and at full lock. Hit a rut and rubbed slightly when compressed. Mild rub.

Thanks,
Steve

all depends on what you want. You can do spacers for around $100 or icon stage 5 $3500. I have icon stage 2 and love every bit of it

I bought 2 sets of 2018 Raptor take-offs, one set is the standard Raptor, the other was a full set of 5 of the upgrade/forged wheels. I also got the rear leafs, shocks and struts, upper control arms, rear blocks and U-bolts.

I went to mount the rear springs and shocks onto my 2016 FX4 but discovered the left front bolt is put in from the gas tank side, and cant be removed without dropping the tank or cutting the bolt head off. I mounted only the shocks. I also have a new 2018 Jeep wrangler JL that came with 285/70/17 BF KO2's. I've decided use the standard Raptor wheel set on my truck, pull the 315's off the forged wheels and mount them on the Jeep. That being said, I will be getting rid of the set of 5 forged wheels and the Jeep take off tires (also C load rated like the Raptor) and the Fox front struts and control arms. Eventually I will have the FX4 max tow spring set off too.

I'm really looking forward to getting the front struts (still undecided if Rancho, Halo or Icons) to ,make this truck look like a truck!

If anyone has interest in the parts I'm not using (including the Platinum wheels with Hankook's) hit me up.
