18 F150 on level, 295/60/20 ridge grapplers?
Hi all,
looked thru custom offsets gallery for hours. Search this forum and others, just trying to get an answer here.
295/60/20 ridge grapplers on a fuel wheel +1 offset with level kit. Anyone running this without moving or cutting the crash bars?
All the tire shops locally recommend 285/60/20 bfgs on this setup. I really want the bigger tire but removing the bars isn’t an option.
Thanks in advance for any input.

Here’s another thread I’ve been reading. I really like Heavishot’s setup.

Im in the same situation as you. I want the 295’s, but I don’t want to cut the crash bars. I’m leaning towards the 285’s because if this. I’ll continue to use my stock 20 inch wheels though. I’ve been reading that the offset is where it determines if it’s going to run or not. Of course the size does to, but supposedly you can run the same size tire on both stock and aftermarket wheels with an offset and the aftermarket will rub but the stock won’t.

Are the wheels 9-inches wide? If so, the ET+1 offset is going to push the wheel out a good amount which will likely rub, even with the 285's.
An offset around +18nn or higher should help but a test fit is recommended to be certain.

Ditto. An offset that is closer to stock will get you on target.

Im running 295/55/20 Toyo Open Country AT2 Xtreme on 20x9 0 offset and levelled. Doesn't interfere with the front crash bars BUT on sometimes on full crank in reverse it rubs a little. It doesn't bother me at all or causing any damage so I'm ok with

ended up with 285/60/20 ridge grapplers on +1 and rubs same as yours. Not much of an issue for me.
