I'm no audiophile, and I'm sure someone who actually knows what they're doing and listening for can adjust the crossover, gain, treble, etc... for a better tuneup but I think it sounds great.

So, when you tap into the rear speaker wires, does that mean the rear fader controls the volume of the sub? Guess you will have decreased sub voulme if you have your fader 80% up front. OR is this moot if you use a converter to convert from speaker level source out to rcas (line level) then an amp? Thx

You know best buy matches Amazon prices, right? They'd probably price match it if you go to customer service and show them the Amazon price. Only thing is it has to be sold and shipped by Amazon or the other online vendors that they match.

Yes it will decrease the signal going to the sub.

What I recommend doing is turning down the bass all the way.

I.ve noticed you're pretty active with replies; whether they're right or wrong.

Don't you feel a little responsible when your info is incorrect & leads members into mistakes..????

Which model of 2015 F-150 did you get ???

Actually if you read this whole thread then I was relaying the info that someone else has posted about which fuse to use. If you read my posts you will see that I have a 2014. I don't feel responsible at all because that is never my intent and I admit when I am wrong. So put on your big boy pants and go suck it.

Anyone found the wires in the door sill? I pulled up the passenger side and couldn't find them. I did find brown/white with yellow/orange.
