Default bazooka tube amp

i picked up one of the old 6 1/2 bazooka tubes with the inturnal amp about 5 years ago... bout a year ago the inturnal amp blew so i got a 200w peak amp from my brother-in-law.... well last week it blew a cap... so im looking around for a new amp and possibaly a new sub... i found a really good deal on a 600w kenwood amp that runs at 200w RMS @ 4ohm... my question is... do you think that that is too much power to push through that sub till i can get the money for a new sub?
