Default single cab sound system?

hey everybody, i've got a '98 single cab and am looking to get a new sound system for it. ive got a pioneer radio, but i need 4 speakers(i'm probably gonna get some pioneer ones) and a sub. ill be installing everything myself and am probably gonna build the sub box and all(unless i can get it for cheaper already made). i dont need anything serious, just the best audio quality i can get for cheap. one question i have is how big of a sub can i get? and what should i get? keep in mind im a teenager who doesnt make much money. your opinions and personal experiences are appreciated. thanks!

Kicker makes a good shallow sub already in a box it is on ebay for about 120 i think.... if you are just going cheap and good quality I would do Pioneer internal speakers. Usually you can pick up a cheap good pioneer headunit. The Kicker 10 pounds in there box. any question let me know
