Default USB not supported
I bought a Seagate 500 gig external hard drive and added all my music to it only to plug it in the USB and it tell me that it's not supported. What gives?

Might be the format of the drive. Not suer if sync supports NTFS or Fat32 or both but should take long to find out.

From what I have read. It needs to be FAT32.

I foamed the problem. The guy I got the music from had mp4 format.
