Default New System Build

Hello all. Just upgraded my factory with all new gear. Mostly Alpine except the HU. Its a Kenwood. 3 type R 8"s on a 1200 watt alpine running at 1.3 ohms. Ported boxes to spec. tuned to 37 hz. Type S 6.5" in the fornt doors powered by an Alpine 2 channel 50x2 class A/B amp. Custom amp rack made with 3/4" mdf. Sounds terrific I have just finished setting gains on everything. Bass tracks around 40 hz will bounce the wipers off the windshield. Let me know what you guys think...I am a part time stereo geek on the side and decided to give the F-150 some proper Audio. Also retained all factory controls with the PAC install kit that I used. Feedback appreciated!!

I like the look of the head unit and I would imagine it has all of the tuning functions you need integrated. Do the steering wheel controls still function? Sub install looks clean. I think I would run the power wires for the amp through a hole in the amp rack or from the bottom - my luck I would put something behind the seat and cut the wires.

yes all the steering wheel controls work with the PAC module. I was intimidated by it at first but the kit that came with it was pretty straight forward..plan on cutting holes for the wires in the future. Actually am already wanting to upgrade to 12"s if I can figure out a way to squeeze them under the seat lol
