Default Tapping Fuse #23-What does this stand for?

I need to tap into a remote turn on source and fuse #23 by the passenger side seems to be one used often. The manual says it fuses PDRG switch. Inverter. Driver side window. Moonroof. Vista roof. What does PDRG stand for/control?

I and many others used fuse 38. Might be 37. Been so long since I did it.

I was going to use an "add-a circuit" to tap. #38 is a circuit breaker, how do you tap into that?

What year is your truck? In my 2014, 38 is a fuse in the side kick panel.
