yes it does. it works fine. Do you think the rockford fosgate 1000.1 will be good for these subs?

seems like that amp has a reputation for blowing out voice coils from what I read tho I dont think it will do this to your Memphis C3's. This amp does 500W @ 4ohms might be right up your ally.

I have an elemental designs nine.1 with 4 12" Kicker CVT subs in my 2010 Crew Cab. I'm running it at 1 ohm. Doesnt get hot. Some have had problems with it but it has been great for me. It is rated at 1200 watts rms at 12.5V so at about 13.8V, I'm getting probably 1325 watts. It only cost me $125 used. I'm going to build a new box for the subs. It will be 6.5" tall, 48" long and 30" wide. The subs will be under the rear seat with a 3/4" MDF sheet to help shield the subs from the seat. Of course, if it is too wide, I can shorten it to fit behind the front seats.

and does it do 500 to each sub? or does it split 500 cause that wouldnt be enough
