sync issue after stereo install

so i feel completely retarded...it dawned upon me this morning. I can hear the sync through the subs..which i shouldnt be able to do since they run on the front 2 speakers. I switched my rca's around and it started working...what a dumb reason to not have sync/bluetooth lol
