Default Which Supercrew Sub Box 09-14

Ending up going with a full-size Alpine SWS-10D2 10" Subwoofer running at 500w RMS off my Alpine PDX-V9. Ditched the shallow-mount idea.

Now: Which is the best box to get??

Atrend SEALED single 10" BBox
Cost: $73 shipped

OR

Fox Acoustics FOX BOX
Single 10" PORTED
Cost: $215 Shipped

I think the Fox Box is better built and a little nicer (saw one in person) and has the nice "FORD" engraved into the front. However the Atrend is a sealed box and much cheaper...

Which one do I go with? Opinions on each? I listen to all different types of music. Rap/ Rock/ Country

I have a atrend 12" box that I made a ring to make it fit a 10" kicker. I hate that box. I got it from a local stereo shop for $25. It was cheap and works but that's it. That's actually what im doing on here this evening, researching different ideas.

I have the single 10 fox box for my 2012 supercrew. Had for a couple yrs now and I'm still very pleased with it. The sound quality is great for what I want and I listen to a little bit of everything. I have JL 10w3 with a JL JX500/1D mono amp. Only thing with Fox is sometimes it takes awhile to get your order.

Pretty sure it looks like half of the dual 10 box

I've been on the prowl for a "10 setup in my Screw as well. I've been given great reviews for the Subthump boxes over on the caraudio.com forums:
http://subthump.com/product_info.php...roducts_id=432

This one is sealed, so I'll probably go this route and save a few $$, as opposed to getting the Fox box.

Essentially I've been recommended that going shallow mount, to get the Subthump box, a Fox, or custom box.

Zombie thread, but seemed better than making a new thread on the same topic....

I just got theBbox by Atrend A361-10CP in the mail and it doesn't fit. It looks nice, but the seat wont quite go all the way down. Its off my maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch. When I look close at the website pics you can tell the seat is just a hair too high.

Sonicelectronic was cool enough to allow me to return and they are covering shipping.

So what box ACTUALLY fits. I want a sealed single 10" box
I saw this box, but the websites photos look like the seat is still not all the way down

I emailed SuperCrew sound and they assured me that theirs fit, but Id love to hear from an owner

I just installed the FoxAcoustic single 10" ported box in my 17screw and fits, looks, and sounds amazing. I am really happy with my decision to go this route. A local shop wanted $300 to build a box with carpet. The bedliner texture on the Fox will for sure hold up a lot better than carpet.

I really want a sealed box. Fox hasn't responded to two emails, and the sealed 10 box doesn't say it fits 2013 supercrew.
At at installers shop i looked at the Pioneer TS-SW2502S4 subwoofer. This did fit under the seat (and the smaller passenger side seat) So i ordered 3 unloaded boxes of the same dimensions hoping one will fit.
