Default Stereo Turning off

Hey guys, so I installed a new deck a couple of months ago, and now when ever I hit a bump, it turns off and completely resets and goes into demo mode. Anyone have any idea what the cause of this could be? Thanks

Check the wiring first. Maybe the Power wire is not connected well and it disconnect when you hit a bump

Yes check the power wires. You could also have something wrong inside the HU. Is it a reputable brand?

Soldering will eliminate needing to worry about this. Sounds like a loose ground or power wire connection.

So I went to check the power wire, and I can't figure out how to get the damn thing out!

Ya the plastic dash kit that hold the deck. I'm guessing just pull but I there's not really any good place to hold

You should have special 'keys' for removing the head unit
