I would highly suggest that you run all remote lines off of a relay period. Using fuse 23 should be fine for the relay trigger.

Never done it that way before. Any vids or instructions on how to do it? Even so, I think the issue is the signal sensing on the amps is getting some kind of signal from the headunit even when the system is not on. I'll def try the relay though...at this point I'll try anything! lol

I agree, that sounds like the problem. The question is, why/how is it getting a signal?

My thought on this is maybe it is the chimes sending a signal to the amplifiers when the stereo is not on. Have you tried rerouting the chimes to the internal speaker through forscan? I would try this first.

That way, when you open the door, the chimes/signals aren't going through your RCA's to your amps. Try this first as it is the easiest to switch back and forth.

I don't think you don't need a relay. You don't have enough equipment to require one. But if you so wish, google Bosch relay wiring. Remote wire to pin 86, constant 12v to pin 30, ground to pin 85, and as many remote wires as you wish to pin 87. (don't use pin 87a, the one in the middle). I have used one in the past, but it was just a waste of time and additional wiring.

Good idea. I haven't rerouted the chimes through the IPC speaker. I kinda like having the chimes through the speakers as before, but if it stops my popping I'm all for it. I'll give this a shot either today or tomorrow.

Looks like rerouting the chimes didn't do the trick. I notice an extra pop or two now so I'm going to revert the changes. If I restore my ACM values and go back to high level inputs, the popping goes away so perhaps I need to re-do everything with high level.

That's what I would suggest. It's also the reason why I am not a fan of forscan in regard to low level outputs. There are better ways to do it.

Will I have to re-do my gain adjustments, i.e. does the output voltage change between high and low level?

And would one of those Kicker KISLOC modules be of any benefit to make sure my input gain to my processor is sufficient?

Any time you making changes to the input source, you should always reset your gains. In this case going from low level to high level means literally low voltage to high voltage so yes, you will want to reset them.

You should not need that module you mentioned.
