Hopefully your tweeters will fit right into the pillars, assuming your truck has tweeters in the pillars. My hertz tweeters fit nicely, just had to make a bracket across the back to keep them secure. Tip: use foam tape/weatherstripping around the inside of the tweeter circle to keep the tweeter from moving around inside the pillar.

Take some pics of how you routed the battery power wire through the firewall and hood area

I'll post some pics tomorrow. I got about half the work done but I had to order an unexpected item. I picked up a Memphis Audio 4 AWG amp wiring kit and it came with a 200 A fuse. My amp fuses total 120 A. 200 A is Wayyyyy to big so I ordered a couple of 125 A fuses. Should be delivered tomorrow so I can finish.

About 100-120 is max amperage 4 guage can handle anyways. 200 is overkill. Can't wait to see the install pics and here your review when it's all installed.

Microbe I had the same alpine front speakers, rear speakers and same kenwood amp as you in my previous GMC Sierra. Subs were jl Audio but anywho the speakers and amp were very clean and powerful. For such a small amp it's packs a punch. It does get extremely hot after a while of playing but the 3 years I had it never shut off or failed. Mount it so that the little cooling fan on it can have some ventilation.

I am going to utilize the two bolts behind the rear seat for mounting since there is so much extra bolt and threads sticking out. The cooling fan will be pointed up and I used some spacers under the amp so it gets airflow under it. Pics to follow.

So the new fuses came today and they are the wrong ones. I got sent mini-ANLs. I need regular ANLs. Crap....now the final wiring will not be until Wends.!

Oh well. Here are the wiring and test fits for the components and the amp rack. Seems to be coming together nicely. Time for a well earned beverage!
