SAT Radio Question
When installing an aftermarket head unit is it possible to use Stock ford SAT tuner and antenna or will i have to buy SAT tuner and antenna of manufacturer of head unit

You can use the stock antenna. You just have to take the little plastic cap off. As the previous post states, you do have to buy the tuner that matches whatever deck you buy.
