I have the JBL above and they look the same except for the better crossover on the Infinity (if the internal components are different).

jbl and infinity are owned by the same company and have many products that are very similar, however the two you linked are not the same.

Specs basically the same but worded differently. Example. JBL 3 ohm. Infinity 4 ohm if you include the resistance of the speaker wire added to 3. Tweeter 3/4” edge driven textile/ soft dome. What is textile and soft.? Many things. Sensitivity the same, depends on how you rate them. Same with frequency response and mounting depth. I thing it’s just the crossover is different on the outside. It would be neat to test them out.

I have the Infinity's mentioned in this thread but, I believe you'd be hard pressed to notice any difference between these two examples on their own. I think it would depend on the kind of amp you may use that would bring out any differences that might be observed. It may be better to match the speakers to your power output. As for my current set up, the speakers can handle more than what my amp puts out. When I originally thought out my system, somewhere, I came across what was said to be ideal for a amp/speaker match up and it said to have at least 10 watts over per channel from the amp than the total operating wattage of each speaker. In other words, my amp had 100x4 RMS vs. the speakers at the time which were rated at 90 RMS continuous. Obviously, I don't have that combination any longer with switching to the Infinity's mentioned in this thread and they seem to operate fine with all things considered here.
