Just got an 09 xlt with stock radio. The radio does not have Bluetooth or Sirius. If I get an OEM radio with Sirius and Bluetooth can I just replace my crappy radio with the better one? I know I will have to install the Sirius antenna and the microphone for Bluetooth to work with a cell phone. Has any upgraded their stock radio with a better stock radio?l

You will also need the SYNC module and all the correct wiring for it. Not worth it to me when you can get a good aftermarket double din that does it all correctly
