Default I have a 2000 F-150 Lariat (stereo)
The information display is not working. Is there an easy fix? Everything else about the stock stereo is great

You asked for a direct fit replacement.....

JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Alpine are all good. They are called aftermarket replacements and will require a wiring harness and a mounting kit.
