Default Reg Cab System Issues

Hey Guys. I currently have a 05 Reg Cab and I have a Audio Enchancers PBT112 box with a Polk DXI 12 in it with a Kenwood 9103D Amp and and Kicker RS Coaxials all the way around with a Kenwood Excelon 897 HU. Im thinking of upgrading the the Subs with 2x JL10W3v3-4 and getting some components in my doors (Focal, Helix, Polk DB, or Hertz). I guess my question is do I need two of those JL 10's or just one. Also which of those components would you recommend? For some back story I came from a hatchback and had infinity Kappa Perfects all the way around amped by a RF 4 channel and had the current sub I have in a preloaded box and it sound great with any type of music I listened to. I am running into the issue now of obvious space issues and this setup is no where near what I had in the car. What would be your recommendation?

One 10 inch in a regular cab will be plenty. Upgrade door speakers to Polk also unless you want to drop big money
