Prelim settings

Hi all - I finally got the doors, back wall and floor sound dampened along with the foam. I ran my speaker wire to the new focal tweeters and back to the wall. Power wire is in - going to start arranging the amp rack maybe tomorrow but a few questions:

- what preliminary setting should I go with until I get it tuned? JL RD400/4 on the doors with passive tweets (Focal PS165 in the front and PC165 in the rear) and RD1500/1 for the two 13TW5's under the seat.

- crossovers okay to mount on the rack?

Appreciate some input.

You have a dayton dsp right?
Sub low pass around 60hz
Speaker high pass around 80hz
Time delay appropriate for speaker distance

In 1 to channel 1 (left speakers)
In 2 to channel 2 (right speakers)
In 1 (or 3 if using rear signal too) to channel 3 (rear left speakers)
In 2 (or 4 if using rear signals too) to channel 4 (rear right speakers)
In 1 and 2 to channel 7 (sub left)
In 1 and 2 to channel 8 (sub right)

Amp settings
Either turn the filter settings off or turn the sub low pass as high as possible and speaker high pass as low as possible.
Set gains appropriately using method of your choosing.

My god that truck will get loud. Can't wait to hear what you think about it after it's all done up.

I probably went overkill....but I've never had a top quality system. Heck, I haven't had a system since my IROC days.
