I'm still using the factory tweeters as well but here's some pics of the progress of the the subwoofer box I'm building, still need to bindo everything and make the side trim panels.

How did you get the nice clean bend in the mdf?

It's a process called kerfing, you make several small cuts to the mdf to get the desired arch and then you fiberglass it on the inside to give the strength back.
