What method are you using to check polarity if any?

you can use a 9v battery. + to + and - to -. if the cone moves out you have it right. if it moves in the lines are reversed.

I bought a cheap fh-168 to check it. I was getting weird results. I am pretty confident everything wired correctly but was getting reversed results on front but good on rears. So i reversed front wires at amp and checked again and front were good and back were nice reversed. So i was just wondering how accurate these things were

Make sure you place the detector directly in front of the speaker up against the grill.
