2013 w/ a MVH pioneer radio and my bluetooth has stopped working and the settings are greyed out, would this be because the parking break wire isn’t tapped in? if so could someone let me know what wire I need to tap into, Thanks!

Shouldn't make any difference. Pioneers need a bypass that double taps the brake. You can find them on Amazon.
